Bright Eye Smoothie Recipe

This simple little smoothie recipe won’t give you x-ray vision but it will give you the nutrients to repair and optimize your vision. Just pop the following ingredients into a blender and enjoy.

  1. 2 Bananas

  2. 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple

  3. 1/2 Avocado

  4. 1 cup Spinach

  5. 10oz Almond Milk or Coconut Water

  6. 2 Tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder

  7. 2 Tbsp of Honey

  8. 1 Tbsp of ground Flax Seed

  9. (Optional) 1 Tbsp Spirulina Powder
